On arrival meet our TH staff for a courtesy transfer to respective hotels in the heart of Kathmandu at the Thamel area, an interesting place for shopping and having meals in one of the many world-class restaurants, pubs, and bakeries. Our guide will inform you of details regarding the trek and climb of Chulu East Peak climbing.
Morning after breakfast at a given time our city and cultural guide will guide you in and around Kathmandu at places of interest and importance, as Kathmandu Valley is full of World Heritage Sites the holy Pashupatinath temple, Bouddhanath (Little Tibet), Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) & monasteries, ancient Kings Palaces and courtyard in Kathmandu; after an interesting sightseeing back to the hotel, preparation for the trip to Chulu East Peak climbing & Thorang-la pass trek and climb.
A scenic long drive of 8 hours to Jagat village, which is quite interesting on Nepal’s main highway following the Trisuli river for a while and then heading west with views of Ganesh, Langtang Himal, and Annapurna, Manaslu range of peaks. On reaching Dumre in the middle of the Kathmandu / Pokhara highway, our route diverts towards Jagat passing the large town of Beshisar and then on the dirt jeep road to Jagat village located in the mid hills. On arrival at Jagat village transfer into a nice and simple lodge for an overnight stop in this interesting farm village.
From Jagat village start the first day walk on the gradual winding trail to Chamje, near the raging Marsyangdi River, and then cross towards the east bank into woodland, with views of Annapurna and Manaslu Mountain range of peaks, then following a wide path all the way to Tal Besi a nice village located on Marsyangdi valley, after a lunch stop another few hours walk reaches Dharapani village for overnight stop, situated on the junction of this Annapurna circuit and around Manaslu trek.
After a nice night at Dharapani, a morning walk along a wide trail into the tranquil rhododendron and pine forest and villages of Bagachap and Danque, then to Timang village with a grand view of Mt. Manaslu 8,163m / 26,781ft, after Timang village another hour walk leads to the village of Koto and then to Chame for the overnight stop, Chame a large major town of Manang area.
From Chame onwards walk leads into cool and refreshing mountain air, as the morning walk leads through a charming forest of rhododendrons and pine trees following the Marshyangdi River upstream with a short ups and downs path to Bhratang village, from here walk climbs a winding uphill into fine woodlands to reach at Dhukure Pokhari for lunch stop, this place with few lodges overlooking views of Chulu’s and peak of Pisang including Pisang village below the Marsyangdi River valley, after a nice stop descend for two hours to Pisang village for overnight stop from here on with more Tibetan influence in culture, religion and way of daily traditional life.
After Pisang village, a morning walk leaves behind the main Annapurna circuit trail above Marshyangdi River, offering amazing scenery of landscapes and an array of snow peaks, and then climbing a higher path above Nagawa village from here our route leads northwest on the arid zones reaching Jhulu a small village for the first camping after being in the comfort of nice lodges.
An ideal place for a rest day after several days of good wonderful trekking, today is a rest day for acclimatization and preparation for the climb of Chulu East peak, with time for an optional walk around this traditional village and short hikes looking at the grand vista of close beautiful mountain range including the peaks of Chulu’s
On leaving Julu village heading towards a wilderness area of barren and arid landscape with magnificent views of Chulu’s and Annapurna range of mountains, walking uphill with a small gradual section on the route this valley running high towards a ridge between Chulu East and Far East Peaks, then walking on a faint trail to Chegaji Khola on the east bank and reaching at moraines below the ridge for both high and base camp for overnight, this nice spot camp here makes a starting point for the climb of Chulu East Peak.
An important and necessary to have a rest day for better acclimatization, preparation for the climb and to check climbing equipment before the big day to the summit of Chulu East Peak climb, our expert guides and leader will scout the trail and route for the next day's climb.
A Big Day! With an early morning climb on a snow slope which is quite steep and some technical sections to reach the summit; our expert guide will fix ropes where necessary for this strenuous climb to reach the summit, then finally reach the top successfully, feeling on top of the world, where dream becomes reality.
The route for this adventurous climb heads up a snow ridge before the summit top which is exposed at first but climbed without any difficulty with our expert guide's support, from the top of the summit enjoy the mind-blowing views and panorama of the surrounding high mountains, rivers, and fantastic landscapes, after a grand time at the summit return to base camp.
We have reserved an extra day which will be a contingency day, in case of unfavorable weather conditions times in this high Himalayan range, the weather can be unpredictable, so an extra day on this type of adventure is very necessary, if all goes well can used on the way back to Jomsom with short day walk enjoying the great scenery along the way.
After a successful climb of Chulu East Peak journey back to Jule village then walk along the bank of Marshyangdi River passing Humde village with a small airstrip. The environment around this area with arid and barren landscapes with a cold, dry climate, walks along the bank of the Marshyangdi River passing several villages like Humde and Braga to reach the upper Manang village. After a few hours of a good walk reaching Manang a large prosperous village, houses are built in traditional Tibetan style with rich culture and traditional lifestyle.
After a wonderful rest at Manang, the morning journey leads towards Ghunsang village on the winding uphill trail to Yak Kharka, an impressive walk at this high altitude with fabulous views of snow-capped mountains, then reaching Yak Kharka a small place with 3-4 lodges, offering incredible views of Gangapurna, Annapurna III and Chulu Peaks.
From Yak Kharka getting into much higher terrain towards Thorang-la, leading to cross a bridge with a climb along Jarjung river bank, on the narrow trail to reach Thorung Phedi, from an hour steep climb to the overnight stop at Thorang High Camp, to make it shorter for next day traverse over Thorang-la pass on time in the morning.
Today, the main highlight of this adventure, with an early breakfast setting off with a long undulating climb to the top of Thorang-la at 5,416 m / 17,700 ft, the highest of this journey. On reaching the top after a vigorous climb due to high altitude and thin air, greeted with awesome views of surrounding mountains from Mt. Dhaulagiri, Tukuche, Mustang Himal to Annapurna II, III, and Gangapurna mountain range, after catching mind-blowing views descend to Muktinath at 3,800 meters. On reaching Muktinath for an overnight stop, in this holy place of Hindus and Buddhists the word Muktinath literally means ‘the place for Nirvana or Liberation’.
After Muktinath rest of the journey will be easier with moderate walks all the way after Thorang-la, The morning walk with a drop of 1,200m downhill to Kaligandaki river valley, this pleasant walk reaches the vast Kaligandaki river valley with a small break at Ekale bhatti. From here onwards gets windy in the afternoon time, and from this place few hours' walk to Jomsom,
Jomsom is the headquarters of the Mustang region with an airstrip located above the Kaligandaki River. This town is in the center or junction of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri circuit, Upper Mustang, and to holy Muktinath route, an afternoon with ample time to explore around Jomsom.
Morning transfer to Jomsom airport for a short scenic flight to scenic Pokhara, Pokhara Valley another highlight of this fabulous trip, Pokhara is regarded as the most beautiful place on this globe with awesome mountain views and natural surroundings with its serene lake Phewa.

A fit person with little or no climbing experience can attempt a non-technical climb. Whereas for technical climb, one needs to be fit and trained or have prior experience of climbing peaks. The difficulty of the climb varies for different mountains.

The spring and autumn seasons are the best time for mountaineering activities in Nepal. This includes the August-November and March-May.
Experienced, well-trained, licensed Sherpa guides will lead and guide throughout the trek and climb.
You are required to get a permit from the Nepal Mountaineering Association. They will issue the legal document and then you will be all set for the expedition.
Your accommodation will be in small hotels and tea houses until the base camp. Once your climb commences from the base camp all your climbing gear and food will be carried by the porters. A spacious tent will be assigned to you and Sherpas will feed you warm high-altitude food during the climb.
Your major source of drinking water is bottled water. Apart from that, purified filtered and boiled water is available in the teahouses and lodges.
The amount of oxygen is low so, many climbers generally have a hard time breathing and are prone to AMS. Apart from that, your skin can get sunburned if you don’t apply sunblock or wear protective clothing.
It depends on the peak that you choose and also the condition of the weather. Generally, it requires one or two days to summit the peak. Some other factors such as peak elevation and location might also affect the time to reach the summit.
There is always a first time for everything and climbing a mountain can be one of the best things to try for the first time. There are various options for non-technical peaks that can be attempted by novice climbers. Our guides will lead you and train you, if necessary, to reach the summit.
The uncertain weather and geographic layout of the mountains make the climb difficult. This means some peaks require high technical skills whereas others require no technical skills at all.
In teahouses and lodges, you will get a variety of dishes including soups, continental dishes, etc. While on the remote regions, Nepali Dal Bhat and noodle soups are available. And on the base camps and during the summit, a Sherpa guide will prepare dry meals for you.

For a comfortable journey shoes have thick soles will help you a lot. As there are lots of rocky and steep trails, getting a specific trekking shoe would be a wise idea. However, on snow routes, you will need crampons, ice-ax, and another climbing harness.
Most of the popular trails have local VHF Phones but, in remote and isolated regions the communication is limited or not available at all. So, in these cases, a satellite phone is required for communication.

All deposits are required for selected and chosen trips on per per-person basis, we will inform you by e-mail regarding the direct deposit procedure and details.
As per the booking and Trip money transfer, service charges of respective banks might apply and they should be paid at the time of deposit.
We will e-mail you the details on making payments through your credit card once you have filled up the Booking form.
We accept Visa or MasterCard only with a 4% surcharge added as a processing fee on credit cards and wire Transfers as a service charged by the Banks.
The Condition for clearing the remaining balance as per the trip booked is as follows:
The remaining due balance for all Nepal Trips should be paid and cleared upon arrival.
The remaining balance for other Himalayan countries like Bhutan, and Tibet, and all multi-country tours needs to be cleared within 35 days prior to your trip departure dates.

In certain circumstances, we will accept your last-hour booking a minimum of a week prior to the tour departure date for all the trips, in this case, full payment is required.

03: Refund & Cancellation:
No refund will be made by the company for the 20% deposit amount in case of cancellation of your trip for any whatsoever or other reasons.
After having paid the full amount of any selected trip, you are entitled to incur a refund in case you want to cancel your trip by informing us earliest as possible to make the charge reasonable as per the company rules and regulations.
Still, the cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you have imposed a cancellation charge as advised below:-
60 days or more deposit retained
45 – 50 days before departure 50%
30 – 40 days before departure 75%
20 days before departure 100%
04: Extra Supplement Charge:
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd tour/trek packages, rooms, or tents are provided on twin sharing basis. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed as extra for a client who does not have another tour participant to share a room/tent with. It also applies to clients who need a single supplement in tents/rooms in a hotel or lodge.
05: Early return from any Tours or Treks:
No refund will be entertained to clients on early return from our trips due to personal domestic/medical or personal problems from any other trips regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
06: Amendment in Trip Cost:
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd. reserves the right to revise or change the trip costing rate posted on our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors beyond our control, for instance, changes in exchange rate, government action, etc. inflation, however assuring that we will put our effort as much possible to keep the present cost rate as it is.
07: Unforeseen Circumstances:
If the company have to cancel the respective trip due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, political conflict, unfavorable climate, broken trail, and roads, etc., we will refer you for an alternative trip of similar types and standard.
Even if this doesn’t suit and fit your likes and interests, all trip prices paid by you to our company will be refunded with some administration and trip arrangement charge of 15 to 20 % depending upon the trip chosen.
Please note, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
08: Travel / Medical Insurance:
We strongly suggest and recommend all booking Clients acquire Travel and Medical Insurance as a compulsion in all our tours and trekking and climbing trips. It should include adequate protection for tour/trekking/climbing/rafting or any other adventure sports with duration to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, and repatriation or emergency evacuation expenses by any means of transportation such as helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.
09: Health & Fitness:
All our Treks and Tours require sound health and a level of fitness before signing the booking with us, the client should always check with your local Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departs to Himalayan destinations.
It’s solely the client’s responsibility to inform Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.
Children and Elderly people:
An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen.
A person of more than 70 years of age, although in good health still needs a partner, family member, or friends to accompany him/her.

10: Nepal / Tibet Visas & Passport Conditions:
It is important that all clients should have a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the return date of travel.
Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. The costs of Nepalese visas are the sole responsibility of clients. All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the return date. As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions for visa applications to travel in Tibet, we require this information at least three weeks prior to departure.
11: Risk and Liabilities:
Team Himalaya's main concern is your safety and satisfaction including our staff welfare, therefore we carry out all our assignments sincerely & honestly to ensure your holiday a Hassel hassle-free without any problems.
Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, the trip may be changed under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delayed arrival, sickness or accidents, etc. Any extra cost incurred there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
Flight Delay/Cancellation:
Possibility of domestic flight delay or postponement due to bad weather in Himalayan regions which happens sometimes, in particular around Everest region Lukla, Phaplu, Annapurna / Mustang / Manang region Humde, Jomsom and on the Far West Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region and on Far East sector Tumlingtar, and Taplejung area.
Trekking in remote areas or in as described above, especially during the off-season, you are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare for some delays and avoid frustrating consequences.
In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to bear accommodation and food costs yourself.
12: Our Responsible Adventure Policy:
Our entire tour/trekking guide representing Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions deserves all authority during tours and trekking/rafting or on climbs.
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions will ensure to make every effort comfortable and satisfactory in all our trips, but one must understand that Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries like Nepal cannot afford much of Western and highly timed facilities sometimes depending upon the area of travel, however, we will try our best to make your travel enjoyable with memorable time while with us.
Weather is another factor that directly impacts some trips, hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm, and proper preparation before heading is a must.
Your personal belongings:
On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage/luggage or property even when it is shouldered by our porters, ponies, or vehicles. Our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions so that this does not arise while with us.
Papers & Documents:
All necessary papers and documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visas, necessary permits, etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not being completed in time before the trip departs in the absence of essential papers and documents.
Team Himalaya's list of outdoor equipment requirements is in the following list order depending upon the type of holidays chosen leisure tours, moderate, adventurous to challenging trekking, and climbs. Gear required depends upon the season of travel as well as the grade of travel and trekking as Nepal is for all seasons except the wet months of July to mid-September when few travelers visit Nepal.

Running/sports shoes, for elderly people walking poles, personal medication, binoculars an option, T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, trousers (while entering temples and monasteries) sunscreens, and torch/flashlights.
Sun Hats, Sunglasses, and water bottles are necessary (try to avoid plastic bottled water as they make litter which is hard to recycle in Nepal) use the same waterfalls to refill your bottle where available, rainproof or umbrella. Scarf or mask to avoid dust and smoke.
For long Trekking for a week or more above 3,000 meters:
Personal Toiletries, a moderate-size day pack or rucksack to carry your personal belongings that as travel documents, water bottles, cameras, wallets, maps, journey/notebooks, cell phones, light jackets, or fleece insect repellent as per the season.
Running/sports shoes, good pair of boots, warm woolen/cotton socks, snow gaiters, rain/windproof gear, walking poles an option, personal medication, binoculars an option, T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, trousers (while entering temples and monasteries) sunscreens, torch/flashlights.
Gloves, Woolen Beni (camp) Sun Hats, Sun/snow glasses, and water bottles are necessary (try to avoid plastic bottled water as they make litter which is hard to recycle in Nepal) use the same waterfalls for refills where available. Scarf or mask to avoid dust and smoke.

On arrival meet our TH staff for a courtesy transfer to respective hotels in the heart of Kathmandu at the Thamel area, an interesting place for shopping and having meals in one of the many world-class restaurants, pubs, and bakeries. Our guide will inform you of details regarding the trek and climb of Chulu East Peak climbing.
Morning after breakfast at a given time our city and cultural guide will guide you in and around Kathmandu at places of interest and importance, as Kathmandu Valley is full of World Heritage Sites the holy Pashupatinath temple, Bouddhanath (Little Tibet), Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) & monasteries, ancient Kings Palaces and courtyard in Kathmandu; after an interesting sightseeing back to the hotel, preparation for the trip to Chulu East Peak climbing & Thorang-la pass trek and climb.
A scenic long drive of 8 hours to Jagat village, which is quite interesting on Nepal’s main highway following the Trisuli river for a while and then heading west with views of Ganesh, Langtang Himal, and Annapurna, Manaslu range of peaks. On reaching Dumre in the middle of the Kathmandu / Pokhara highway, our route diverts towards Jagat passing the large town of Beshisar and then on the dirt jeep road to Jagat village located in the mid hills. On arrival at Jagat village transfer into a nice and simple lodge for an overnight stop in this interesting farm village.
From Jagat village start the first day walk on the gradual winding trail to Chamje, near the raging Marsyangdi River, and then cross towards the east bank into woodland, with views of Annapurna and Manaslu Mountain range of peaks, then following a wide path all the way to Tal Besi a nice village located on Marsyangdi valley, after a lunch stop another few hours walk reaches Dharapani village for overnight stop, situated on the junction of this Annapurna circuit and around Manaslu trek.
After a nice night at Dharapani, a morning walk along a wide trail into the tranquil rhododendron and pine forest and villages of Bagachap and Danque, then to Timang village with a grand view of Mt. Manaslu 8,163m / 26,781ft, after Timang village another hour walk leads to the village of Koto and then to Chame for the overnight stop, Chame a large major town of Manang area.
From Chame onwards walk leads into cool and refreshing mountain air, as the morning walk leads through a charming forest of rhododendrons and pine trees following the Marshyangdi River upstream with a short ups and downs path to Bhratang village, from here walk climbs a winding uphill into fine woodlands to reach at Dhukure Pokhari for lunch stop, this place with few lodges overlooking views of Chulu’s and peak of Pisang including Pisang village below the Marsyangdi River valley, after a nice stop descend for two hours to Pisang village for overnight stop from here on with more Tibetan influence in culture, religion and way of daily traditional life.
After Pisang village, a morning walk leaves behind the main Annapurna circuit trail above Marshyangdi River, offering amazing scenery of landscapes and an array of snow peaks, and then climbing a higher path above Nagawa village from here our route leads northwest on the arid zones reaching Jhulu a small village for the first camping after being in the comfort of nice lodges.
An ideal place for a rest day after several days of good wonderful trekking, today is a rest day for acclimatization and preparation for the climb of Chulu East peak, with time for an optional walk around this traditional village and short hikes looking at the grand vista of close beautiful mountain range including the peaks of Chulu’s
On leaving Julu village heading towards a wilderness area of barren and arid landscape with magnificent views of Chulu’s and Annapurna range of mountains, walking uphill with a small gradual section on the route this valley running high towards a ridge between Chulu East and Far East Peaks, then walking on a faint trail to Chegaji Khola on the east bank and reaching at moraines below the ridge for both high and base camp for overnight, this nice spot camp here makes a starting point for the climb of Chulu East Peak.
An important and necessary to have a rest day for better acclimatization, preparation for the climb and to check climbing equipment before the big day to the summit of Chulu East Peak climb, our expert guides and leader will scout the trail and route for the next day's climb.
A Big Day! With an early morning climb on a snow slope which is quite steep and some technical sections to reach the summit; our expert guide will fix ropes where necessary for this strenuous climb to reach the summit, then finally reach the top successfully, feeling on top of the world, where dream becomes reality.
The route for this adventurous climb heads up a snow ridge before the summit top which is exposed at first but climbed without any difficulty with our expert guide's support, from the top of the summit enjoy the mind-blowing views and panorama of the surrounding high mountains, rivers, and fantastic landscapes, after a grand time at the summit return to base camp.
We have reserved an extra day which will be a contingency day, in case of unfavorable weather conditions times in this high Himalayan range, the weather can be unpredictable, so an extra day on this type of adventure is very necessary, if all goes well can used on the way back to Jomsom with short day walk enjoying the great scenery along the way.
After a successful climb of Chulu East Peak journey back to Jule village then walk along the bank of Marshyangdi River passing Humde village with a small airstrip. The environment around this area with arid and barren landscapes with a cold, dry climate, walks along the bank of the Marshyangdi River passing several villages like Humde and Braga to reach the upper Manang village. After a few hours of a good walk reaching Manang a large prosperous village, houses are built in traditional Tibetan style with rich culture and traditional lifestyle.
After a wonderful rest at Manang, the morning journey leads towards Ghunsang village on the winding uphill trail to Yak Kharka, an impressive walk at this high altitude with fabulous views of snow-capped mountains, then reaching Yak Kharka a small place with 3-4 lodges, offering incredible views of Gangapurna, Annapurna III and Chulu Peaks.
From Yak Kharka getting into much higher terrain towards Thorang-la, leading to cross a bridge with a climb along Jarjung river bank, on the narrow trail to reach Thorung Phedi, from an hour steep climb to the overnight stop at Thorang High Camp, to make it shorter for next day traverse over Thorang-la pass on time in the morning.
Today, the main highlight of this adventure, with an early breakfast setting off with a long undulating climb to the top of Thorang-la at 5,416 m / 17,700 ft, the highest of this journey. On reaching the top after a vigorous climb due to high altitude and thin air, greeted with awesome views of surrounding mountains from Mt. Dhaulagiri, Tukuche, Mustang Himal to Annapurna II, III, and Gangapurna mountain range, after catching mind-blowing views descend to Muktinath at 3,800 meters. On reaching Muktinath for an overnight stop, in this holy place of Hindus and Buddhists the word Muktinath literally means ‘the place for Nirvana or Liberation’.
After Muktinath rest of the journey will be easier with moderate walks all the way after Thorang-la, The morning walk with a drop of 1,200m downhill to Kaligandaki river valley, this pleasant walk reaches the vast Kaligandaki river valley with a small break at Ekale bhatti. From here onwards gets windy in the afternoon time, and from this place few hours' walk to Jomsom,
Jomsom is the headquarters of the Mustang region with an airstrip located above the Kaligandaki River. This town is in the center or junction of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri circuit, Upper Mustang, and to holy Muktinath route, an afternoon with ample time to explore around Jomsom.
Morning transfer to Jomsom airport for a short scenic flight to scenic Pokhara, Pokhara Valley another highlight of this fabulous trip, Pokhara is regarded as the most beautiful place on this globe with awesome mountain views and natural surroundings with its serene lake Phewa.

A fit person with little or no climbing experience can attempt a non-technical climb. Whereas for technical climb, one needs to be fit and trained or have prior experience of climbing peaks. The difficulty of the climb varies for different mountains.

The spring and autumn seasons are the best time for mountaineering activities in Nepal. This includes the August-November and March-May.
Experienced, well-trained, licensed Sherpa guides will lead and guide throughout the trek and climb.
You are required to get a permit from the Nepal Mountaineering Association. They will issue the legal document and then you will be all set for the expedition.
Your accommodation will be in small hotels and tea houses until the base camp. Once your climb commences from the base camp all your climbing gear and food will be carried by the porters. A spacious tent will be assigned to you and Sherpas will feed you warm high-altitude food during the climb.
Your major source of drinking water is bottled water. Apart from that, purified filtered and boiled water is available in the teahouses and lodges.
The amount of oxygen is low so, many climbers generally have a hard time breathing and are prone to AMS. Apart from that, your skin can get sunburned if you don’t apply sunblock or wear protective clothing.
It depends on the peak that you choose and also the condition of the weather. Generally, it requires one or two days to summit the peak. Some other factors such as peak elevation and location might also affect the time to reach the summit.
There is always a first time for everything and climbing a mountain can be one of the best things to try for the first time. There are various options for non-technical peaks that can be attempted by novice climbers. Our guides will lead you and train you, if necessary, to reach the summit.
The uncertain weather and geographic layout of the mountains make the climb difficult. This means some peaks require high technical skills whereas others require no technical skills at all.
In teahouses and lodges, you will get a variety of dishes including soups, continental dishes, etc. While on the remote regions, Nepali Dal Bhat and noodle soups are available. And on the base camps and during the summit, a Sherpa guide will prepare dry meals for you.

For a comfortable journey shoes have thick soles will help you a lot. As there are lots of rocky and steep trails, getting a specific trekking shoe would be a wise idea. However, on snow routes, you will need crampons, ice-ax, and another climbing harness.
Most of the popular trails have local VHF Phones but, in remote and isolated regions the communication is limited or not available at all. So, in these cases, a satellite phone is required for communication.

03: Refund & Cancellation:
No refund will be made by the company for the 20% deposit amount in case of cancellation of your trip for any whatsoever or other reasons.
After having paid the full amount of any selected trip, you are entitled to incur a refund in case you want to cancel your trip by informing us earliest as possible to make the charge reasonable as per the company rules and regulations.
Still, the cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you have imposed a cancellation charge as advised below:-

04: Extra Supplement Charge:
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd tour/trek packages, rooms, or tents are provided on twin sharing basis. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed as extra for a client who does not have another tour participant to share a room/tent with. It also applies to clients who need a single supplement in tents/rooms in a hotel or lodge.
05: Early return from any Tours or Treks:
No refund will be entertained to clients on early return from our trips due to personal domestic/medical or personal problems from any other trips regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
06: Amendment in Trip Cost:
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd. reserves the right to revise or change the trip costing rate posted on our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors beyond our control, for instance, changes in exchange rate, government action, etc. inflation, however assuring that we will put our effort as much possible to keep the present cost rate as it is.
07: Unforeseen Circumstances:
If the company have to cancel the respective trip due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, political conflict, unfavorable climate, broken trail, and roads, etc., we will refer you for an alternative trip of similar types and standard.
Even if this doesn’t suit and fit your likes and interests, all trip prices paid by you to our company will be refunded with some administration and trip arrangement charge of 15 to 20 % depending upon the trip chosen.
Please note, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
08: Travel / Medical Insurance:
We strongly suggest and recommend all booking Clients acquire Travel and Medical Insurance as a compulsion in all our tours and trekking and climbing trips. It should include adequate protection for tour/trekking/climbing/rafting or any other adventure sports with duration to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, and repatriation or emergency evacuation expenses by any means of transportation such as helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.
09: Health & Fitness:
All our Treks and Tours require sound health and a level of fitness before signing the booking with us, the client should always check with your local Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departs to Himalayan destinations.
It’s solely the client’s responsibility to inform Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.
Children and Elderly people:
An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen.
A person of more than 70 years of age, although in good health still needs a partner, family member, or friends to accompany him/her.

10: Nepal / Tibet Visas & Passport Conditions:
It is important that all clients should have a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the return date of travel.
Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. The costs of Nepalese visas are the sole responsibility of clients. All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the return date. As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions for visa applications to travel in Tibet, we require this information at least three weeks prior to departure.
11: Risk and Liabilities:
Team Himalaya's main concern is your safety and satisfaction including our staff welfare, therefore we carry out all our assignments sincerely & honestly to ensure your holiday a Hassel hassle-free without any problems.
Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, the trip may be changed under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delayed arrival, sickness or accidents, etc. Any extra cost incurred there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
Flight Delay/Cancellation:
Possibility of domestic flight delay or postponement due to bad weather in Himalayan regions which happens sometimes, in particular around Everest region Lukla, Phaplu, Annapurna / Mustang / Manang region Humde, Jomsom and on the Far West Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region and on Far East sector Tumlingtar, and Taplejung area.
Trekking in remote areas or in as described above, especially during the off-season, you are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare for some delays and avoid frustrating consequences.
In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to bear accommodation and food costs yourself.

Our entire tour/trekking guide representing Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions deserves all authority during tours and trekking/rafting or on climbs.
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions will ensure to make every effort comfortable and satisfactory in all our trips, but one must understand that Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries like Nepal cannot afford much of Western and highly timed facilities sometimes depending upon the area of travel, however, we will try our best to make your travel enjoyable with memorable time while with us.
Weather is another factor that directly impacts some trips, hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm, and proper preparation before heading is a must.
Your personal belongings:
On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage/luggage or property even when it is shouldered by our porters, ponies, or vehicles. Our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions so that this does not arise while with us.
Papers & Documents:
All necessary papers and documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visas, necessary permits, etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not being completed in time before the trip departs in the absence of essential papers and documents.
