Kathmandu Valley Ridge Trek , is an enjoyable trek for all types of people, as this journey starts with a moderate walk with few uphill climb at your own leisure pace alongside rest on route on reaching Chisapani village, the highest point in of this trip at 2,3,40 meters .The kathmandu valley Ridge Trek starts with an interesting drive towards North of Kathmandu on the mountainous road to Sundarijal at 1,460 meters high and then with an impressive walk uphill through several Tamang villages, farm lands, pristine forests of rhododendron, magnolia, pines and oaks trees. 

In spring and summer this area will be a paradise for nature and botanist with hills and valley in flames with colorful wild flowers in bloom, wild life and birds are located inabundance. Walk continues towards Chisapani with views of stunning Himalayan Mountain range from Annapurna, Manaslu towards West with Langtang and Jugal Himal towards North and further looking east is Everest Mountain range with striking sunrise and sunset views. From here we walk on the ridge line to Nagarkot bestowed with awesome panorama. This place is famous holiday spot with fabulous sunrise views over chain of Himalayan peaks and from here, we head towards another scenic town of Dhulikhel with time to marvel along its village life, fascinating culture, rituals, traditional wood craft, and costumes.

Day 1 : Arrive in Kathmandu received by Team Himalaya staff.

On arrival meet our TH staff for courtesy transfer to respective hotels in the heart of Kathmandu at Thamel area, an interesting place for shopping and having meals in one of the many world class restaurants, pubs and bakery. Our guide will inform on details regarding Kathmandu Valley Ridge Trek.

Day 2 : Drive to Sundarijal and trek to Chisapani 2,300 m – 04hrs.

Starting this wonderful outdoor journey with a morning short drive towards the eastern Kathmandu valley rim at Sundarijal which is situated at a distance of 15 k.m. from Kathmandu city, from this small town at Sundarijal our trek begins with an uphill walk through small farm villages, beautiful cascade of waterfalls and reaching at an entrance of Shivapuri National Park, from here through patch of forest and passing many scattered farm fields and villages then reaching the ridge top at Chisopani where the air gets cooler as this small village stands at 2,300 meters overlooking grand panorama of snow capped mountains from Annapurna-Manaslu-Ganesh Himal, Lang tang Himal towards Jugal Himal range, view of whole Kathmandu valley, this spot offers stunning sunrise and sunset views as well.

Day 3 : Trek to Nagarkot 2,100m – 06 hrs.

After a wonderful morning with great views of sunrise over the snow-capped mountains, morning starts with an easy pleasant walk on the gradual wind path through enchanting rhododendron, pines forest then on the downhill path to the village of Chowki-bhanjyang, a small farm village overlooking the eastern side of the Kathmandu valley rim. After a nice break here journey carry’s on with a good walk on the gradual path for few hours passing through Jarsing Pawa 1,700m, from this village route diverts to the upper level on the small trail, and walking on the downhill path for a short distance to the village at Kartike bhanyang. From here an hour uphill walk to the popular Nagarkot hill town for overnight stop.

Nagarkot, located at an elevation of 2,100 meters, this hill top is famous for stunning sunrises and sunset’s views reflecting its light on the range of snow-capped mountains from Mt. Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang-Jugal Himal Mt. Gauri Shanker and all the way to the eastern horizon towards Everest range of peaks.

Day 4 : Trek to Dhulikhel 1,550m – 06 hrs.

From Nagarkot with an early morning views of sunrise over the beautiful snow capped mountains, walk starts on the winding path with gradual up through farm villages and cultivated terraced field on this remote and isolated place seldom trekked, the walk leads through nice forest with pleasant trail, the walk continues with few ups and more downhill all the way to another beautiful and popular hill destination at Dhulikhel, famous for Mountain Resorts with panorama of mountain range, this old Newar town lies beyond the eastern rim of Kathmandu valley with nice and comfortable resorts, hotels and lodge.

Day 5 : Drive back to Kathmandu – 01 hr.

Team Himalaya list of outdoor equipment requirements are in following list order depending upon the type of holidays chosen from leisure tour, moderate, adventurous to challenging trekking and climbs.

Gear required depending upon the season of travel as well and grade of travel and trekking as Nepal is for all season except the wet months of July to mid-September where few travelers visit Nepal.

For Simple Sightseeing Tours in Kathmandu and beyond:
Personal Toiletries, a small day pack or bags to carry your personal belonging that’s water bottles, camera, wallets, maps, journey/notebooks, cell phones, light jackets or fleece and insect repellent cream as per the season.

Running /sports shoes or comfortable shoes for short walks, for elderly people walking poles, personal medication, binoculars as option, T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, trousers (while entering temples and monasteries) sunscreens.

Sun Hats, Sunglasses, for long drives soft inflatable cushion/pillow is advisable as options and rain proof or umbrella.

For Moderate Hikes and Treks:

Personal Toiletries, a moderate size daypack to carry your personal belonging that’s is water bottles, camera, wallets, maps, journey/notebooks, cell phones, light jackets or fleece and insect repellent as per the season.

Running/sports shoes, for elderly people walking poles, personal medication, binoculars an option, T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, trousers (while entering temples and monasteries) sunscreens and torch/flashlights.

Sun Hats, Sunglasses, water bottles are necessary (try to avoid plastic bottled waters as they make litters which is hard to recycle in Nepal) use the same waterfalls for refills you bottle where available, rainproof or umbrella. Scarf or mask to avoid dust and smokes.

For long Trekking for a week or more above 3,000 meters:

Personal Toiletries, a moderate size day pack or rucksack to carry your personal belonging that’s is travel documents, water bottles, camera, wallets, maps, journey/notebooks, cell phones, light jackets or fleece insect repellent as per the season.

Running/sports shoes, good pair of boots, warm woolen/cotton socks, snow gaiters, rain/windproof gear, walking poles an option, personal medication, binoculars an option, T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, trousers (while entering temples and monasteries) sunscreens, torch/flashlights.

Gloves, Woolen Beni (camp) Sun Hats, Sun/snow glasses, water bottles are necessary (try to avoid plastic bottled waters as they make litters which is hard to recycle in Nepal) use the same waterfalls for refills where available. Scarf or mask to avoid dust and smokes.

Following items can be bought or hired in Kathmandu, the above list is standard items required in all climb, however on booking, we will inform with more details on equipment required depending upon the type of various peaks of your choice, ropes, jumar, ice screw are also needed in most of the climb.

After selecting the trip of your choice from our varied programs and itineraries, first step on booking procedure you are requested to fill our booking form and send after completion with 20 % as non-refundable deposit for entire Nepal Trips, as for Tibet & Bhutan trips 40 % non-refundable deposit.

Along with the completed form, you are required to  e-mail your passport copy and flight Ticket  with all detail to us in Kathmandu office at Team Himalaya (info@teamhimalaya.com) .

On receiving your passport copy and detail with completed booking form Plus your non-refundable deposit, then we will proceed and send you a final affirmation receipt with acknowledgment.

All deposit required for selected and chosen trip as per person basis, we will inform you by e-mail regarding direct deposit procedure and details.

As per the booking and Trip money transfer, service charge of respective banks might apply and it should be paid at the time of deposit.

We will e-mail you the details on making payments through your credit card once you have filled up the Booking form.

We accept Visa or MasterCard only with 4% surcharge will be added as processing fee on credit card and wire Transfer  as service charged by the Banks.

The Condition for clearing the remaining balance as per the trip booked is as follow:

The remaining due and balance for all Nepal Trips should be paid and cleared upon arrival.

The remaining balance for other Himalayan countries like Bhutan, Tibet and all multi-country tours needs to be cleared within 35 days prior to your trip departure dates.

Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd reserves the right to cancel your trip if the full amount is not paid on time.

In certain circumstances we will accept your last hour booking minimum a week prior to tour departure date for all the trips, in this case full payment is required.

03: Refund & Cancellation:

No refund will be made by the company for 20% deposit amount in case of cancellation of your trip for any what so or other reasons.

After having paid full amount of any selected trip, you are entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip by informing us earliest as possible to make the charge reasonable as per the company rules and regulation.

Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you are imposed cancellation charge as advised below:-

45 – 50 days before departure 50%
30 – 40 days before departure 75%
20 days before departure 100%

04: Extra Supplement Charge:

Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed as extra to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with. It also applies to clients who need single supplement in tents / rooms in hotel or lodge.

05: Early return from any Tours or Treks:

No refund will be entertained to clients on early return from our trips due to personal domestic / medical or personal problem from any other trips regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

06: Amendment in Trip Cost:

Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd. reserve the right to revise or change the trip costing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors beyond our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. inflation, however assuring that we will put our effort as much possible to keep the present cost rate as it is.

07: Unforeseen Circumstances:

If the company have to cancel the respective trip due to unforeseen circumstances like, natural disasters, political conflict, unfavorable worse climate, broken trail and roads etc., we will refer you for alternative trip of similar types and standard.

Even if this doesn’t suit and fit your like and interest, all trip price paid by you to our company will be refunded with some administration and trip arrangement charge of 15 to 20 % depending upon the trip chosen.

Please note, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.

08:  Travel / Medical Insurance:

We strongly suggest and recommend all booking Clients to acquire Travel and Medical Insurance as compulsion in all our tour and trekking and climbing trips. It should include adequate protection for tour / trekking / climbing / rafting or any other adventure sports with duration to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, and repatriation or emergency evacuation expenses by any means of transportation such as helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.

09: Health & Fitness:

All our Treks and Tours require sound health and level of fitness before signing with the booking with us, client requires should always check with your local Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.

It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.

Children and Elderly person:

An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen.

Person of more than 70 years of age, although in good health still needs a partner, family member or friends to accompany he / she.

10: Nepal / Tibet Visas & Passport Conditions:

It is important that all clients should have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date of travel.

Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. The costs of Nepalese visas are sole responsibility of clients. All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions for visa applications to travel in Tibet, we require this information at least three weeks prior to departure.

11: Risk and Liabilities:

Team Himalaya main concern is your safety and satisfaction including our staff welfare, therefore we carry out all our assignment sincerely & honestly to ensure your holiday a Hassel Free without any problems.

Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be changed under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road block, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.

Flight Delay/Cancellation:

Possibility of domestic flight delay or postponement due to bad weather in Himalayan regions which happens sometimes, in particular around Everest region Lukla, Phaplu, Annapurna / Mustang / Manang region Humde, Jomsom and on the Far West Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region and on Far East sector Tumlingtar, and Taplejung area.

Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during off season, you are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence.

In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to borne accommodation and food costs yourself.

Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions will ensure to make every effort comfortable and satisfactory in all our trips, but one must understand that Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries like Nepal cannot afford much of Western and highly timed facilities sometimes depending upon the area of travel, however we will try our best to make your travel enjoyable with memorable time while with us.

Weather is another factor that directly impact on some trips, hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must.

Your personal belongings:

On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage / luggage or property even when it is shouldered by our porters, ponies or vehicles. Our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions that this does not arise while with us.

Papers & Documents:

All necessary papers and documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.

Kathmandu Valley Ridge Trek , is an enjoyable trek for all types of people, as this journey starts with a moderate walk with few uphill climb at your own leisure pace alongside rest on route on reaching Chisapani village, the highest point in of this trip at 2,3,40 meters .The kathmandu valley Ridge Trek starts with an interesting drive towards North of Kathmandu on the mountainous road to Sundarijal at 1,460 meters high and then with an impressive walk uphill through several Tamang villages, farm lands, pristine forests of rhododendron, magnolia, pines and oaks trees. 

In spring and summer this area will be a paradise for nature and botanist with hills and valley in flames with colorful wild flowers in bloom, wild life and birds are located inabundance. Walk continues towards Chisapani with views of stunning Himalayan Mountain range from Annapurna, Manaslu towards West with Langtang and Jugal Himal towards North and further looking east is Everest Mountain range with striking sunrise and sunset views. From here we walk on the ridge line to Nagarkot bestowed with awesome panorama. Itinerary Detail

Day 1 : Arrive in Kathmandu received by Team Himalaya staff.

On arrival meet our TH staff for courtesy transfer to respective hotels in the heart of Kathmandu at Thamel area, an interesting place for shopping and having meals in one of the many world class restaurants, pubs and bakery. Our guide will inform on details regarding Kathmandu Valley Ridge Trek.

Day 2 : Drive to Sundarijal and trek to Chisapani 2,300 m – 04hrs.

Starting this wonderful outdoor journey with a morning short drive towards the eastern Kathmandu valley rim at Sundarijal which is situated at a distance of 15 k.m. from Kathmandu city, from this small town at Sundarijal our trek begins with an uphill walk through small farm villages, beautiful cascade of waterfalls and reaching at an entrance of Shivapuri National Park, from here through patch of forest and passing many scattered farm fields and villages then reaching the ridge top at Chisopani where the air gets cooler as this small village stands at 2,300 meters overlooking grand panorama of snow capped mountains from Annapurna-Manaslu-Ganesh Himal, Lang tang Himal towards Jugal Himal range, view of whole Kathmandu valley, this spot offers stunning sunrise and sunset views as well.

Day 3 : Trek to Nagarkot 2,100m – 06 hrs.

After a wonderful morning with great views of sunrise over the snow-capped mountains, morning starts with an easy pleasant walk on the gradual wind path through enchanting rhododendron, pines forest then on the downhill path to the village of Chowki-bhanjyang, a small farm village overlooking the eastern side of the Kathmandu valley rim. After a nice break here journey carry’s on with a good walk on the gradual path for few hours passing through Jarsing Pawa 1,700m, from this village route diverts to the upper level on the small trail, and walking on the downhill path for a short distance to the village at Kartike bhanyang. From here an hour uphill walk to the popular Nagarkot hill town for overnight stop.

Nagarkot, located at an elevation of 2,100 meters, this hill top is famous for stunning sunrises and sunset’s views reflecting its light on the range of snow-capped mountains from Mt. Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang-Jugal Himal Mt. Gauri Shanker and all the way to the eastern horizon towards Everest range of peaks.

Day 4 : Trek to Dhulikhel 1,550m – 06 hrs.

From Nagarkot with an early morning views of sunrise over the beautiful snow capped mountains, walk starts on the winding path with gradual up through farm villages and cultivated terraced field on this remote and isolated place seldom trekked, the walk leads through nice forest with pleasant trail, the walk continues with few ups and more downhill all the way to another beautiful and popular hill destination at Dhulikhel, famous for Mountain Resorts with panorama of mountain range, this old Newar town lies beyond the eastern rim of Kathmandu valley with nice and comfortable resorts, hotels and lodge.

Team Himalaya list of outdoor equipment requirements are in following list order depending upon the type of holidays chosen from leisure tour, moderate, adventurous to challenging trekking and climbs.

Gear required depending upon the season of travel as well and grade of travel and trekking as Nepal is for all season except the wet months of July to mid-September where few travelers visit Nepal.

For Simple Sightseeing Tours in Kathmandu and beyond:
Personal Toiletries, a small day pack or bags to carry your personal belonging that’s water bottles, camera, wallets, maps, journey/notebooks, cell phones, light jackets or fleece and insect repellent cream as per the season.

Running /sports shoes or comfortable shoes for short walks, for elderly people walking poles, personal medication, binoculars as option, T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, trousers (while entering temples and monasteries) sunscreens.

Sun Hats, Sunglasses, for long drives soft inflatable cushion/pillow is advisable as options and rain proof or umbrella.

For Moderate Hikes and Treks:

Personal Toiletries, a moderate size daypack to carry your personal belonging that’s is water bottles, camera, wallets, maps, journey/notebooks, cell phones, light jackets or fleece and insect repellent as per the season.

Running/sports shoes, for elderly people walking poles, personal medication, binoculars an option, T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, trousers (while entering temples and monasteries) sunscreens and torch/flashlights.

Sun Hats, Sunglasses, water bottles are necessary (try to avoid plastic bottled waters as they make litters which is hard to recycle in Nepal) use the same waterfalls for refills you bottle where available, rainproof or umbrella. Scarf or mask to avoid dust and smokes.

For long Trekking for a week or more above 3,000 meters:

Personal Toiletries, a moderate size day pack or rucksack to carry your personal belonging that’s is travel documents, water bottles, camera, wallets, maps, journey/notebooks, cell phones, light jackets or fleece insect repellent as per the season.

Running/sports shoes, good pair of boots, warm woolen/cotton socks, snow gaiters, rain/windproof gear, walking poles an option, personal medication, binoculars an option, T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, trousers (while entering temples and monasteries) sunscreens, torch/flashlights.

Gloves, Woolen Beni (camp) Sun Hats, Sun/snow glasses, water bottles are necessary (try to avoid plastic bottled waters as they make litters which is hard to recycle in Nepal) use the same waterfalls for refills where available. Scarf or mask to avoid dust and smokes.

Following items can be bought or hired in Kathmandu, the above list is standard items required in all climb, however on booking, we will inform with more details on equipment required depending upon the type of various peaks of your choice, ropes, jumar, ice screw are also needed in most of the climb.

Dear Guest and Travelers to Nepal and other Himalayan destinations, please make sure that you have understood our Terms & Conditions, after having read carefully mutual contract and legal process, which will certainly keep our friendly relation between us for long terms.

After selecting the trip of your choice from our varied programs and itineraries, first step on booking procedure you are requested to fill our booking form and send after completion with 20 % as non-refundable deposit for entire Nepal Trips, as for Tibet & Bhutan trips 40 % non-refundable deposit.

Along with the completed form, you are required to  e-mail your passport copy and flight Ticket  with all detail to us in Kathmandu office at Team Himalaya (info@teamhimalaya.com) .

On receiving your passport copy and detail with completed booking form Plus your non-refundable deposit, then we will proceed and send you a final affirmation receipt with acknowledgment.

All deposit required for selected and chosen trip as per person basis, we will inform you by e-mail regarding direct deposit procedure and details.

As per the booking and Trip money transfer, service charge of respective banks might apply and it should be paid at the time of deposit.

We will e-mail you the details on making payments through your credit card once you have filled up the Booking form.

We accept Visa or MasterCard only with 4% surcharge will be added as processing fee on credit card and wire Transfer  as service charged by the Banks.

The Condition for clearing the remaining balance as per the trip booked is as follow:

The remaining due and balance for all Nepal Trips should be paid and cleared upon arrival.

The remaining balance for other Himalayan countries like Bhutan, Tibet and all multi-country tours needs to be cleared within 35 days prior to your trip departure dates.

Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd reserves the right to cancel your trip if the full amount is not paid on time.

In certain circumstances we will accept your last hour booking minimum a week prior to tour departure date for all the trips, in this case full payment is required.

03: Refund & Cancellation:

No refund will be made by the company for 20% deposit amount in case of cancellation of your trip for any what so or other reasons.

After having paid full amount of any selected trip, you are entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip by informing us earliest as possible to make the charge reasonable as per the company rules and regulation.

Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you are imposed cancellation charge as advised below:-

60 days or more deposit retained
45 – 50 days before departure 50%
30 – 40 days before departure 75%
20 days before departure 100%

04: Extra Supplement Charge:

Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed as extra to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with. It also applies to clients who need single supplement in tents / rooms in hotel or lodge.

05: Early return from any Tours or Treks:

No refund will be entertained to clients on early return from our trips due to personal domestic / medical or personal problem from any other trips regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

06: Amendment in Trip Cost:

Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd. reserve the right to revise or change the trip costing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors beyond our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. inflation, however assuring that we will put our effort as much possible to keep the present cost rate as it is.

07: Unforeseen Circumstances:

If the company have to cancel the respective trip due to unforeseen circumstances like, natural disasters, political conflict, unfavorable worse climate, broken trail and roads etc., we will refer you for alternative trip of similar types and standard.

Even if this doesn’t suit and fit your like and interest, all trip price paid by you to our company will be refunded with some administration and trip arrangement charge of 15 to 20 % depending upon the trip chosen.

Please note, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.

08:  Travel / Medical Insurance:

We strongly suggest and recommend all booking Clients to acquire Travel and Medical Insurance as compulsion in all our tour and trekking and climbing trips. It should include adequate protection for tour / trekking / climbing / rafting or any other adventure sports with duration to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, and repatriation or emergency evacuation expenses by any means of transportation such as helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.

09: Health & Fitness:

All our Treks and Tours require sound health and level of fitness before signing with the booking with us, client requires should always check with your local Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.

It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.

Children and Elderly person:

An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen.

Person of more than 70 years of age, although in good health still needs a partner, family member or friends to accompany he / she.

10: Nepal / Tibet Visas & Passport Conditions:

It is important that all clients should have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date of travel.

Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. The costs of Nepalese visas are sole responsibility of clients. All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions for visa applications to travel in Tibet, we require this information at least three weeks prior to departure.

11: Risk and Liabilities:

Team Himalaya main concern is your safety and satisfaction including our staff welfare, therefore we carry out all our assignment sincerely & honestly to ensure your holiday a Hassel Free without any problems.

Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be changed under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road block, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.

Flight Delay/Cancellation:

Possibility of domestic flight delay or postponement due to bad weather in Himalayan regions which happens sometimes, in particular around Everest region Lukla, Phaplu, Annapurna / Mustang / Manang region Humde, Jomsom and on the Far West Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region and on Far East sector Tumlingtar, and Taplejung area.

Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during off season, you are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence.

In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to borne accommodation and food costs yourself.

12: Our Responsible Adventure Policy:

Our entire tour / trekking guide representing Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions deserve all authority during tours and trekking / rafting or on climb .

Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions will ensure to make every effort comfortable and satisfactory in all our trips, but one must understand that Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries like Nepal cannot afford much of Western and highly timed facilities sometimes depending upon the area of travel, however we will try our best to make your travel enjoyable with memorable time while with us.

Weather is another factor that directly impact on some trips, hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must.

Your personal belongings:

On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage / luggage or property even when it is shouldered by our porters, ponies or vehicles. Our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions that this does not arise while with us.

Papers & Documents:

All necessary papers and documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.
